TMS AI Institute (TMS Education Group) is a computer training institute at R9, First Floor, opp. Grand Vistas Building, Bajri Mandi Road, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. This page explains what details we collect from students, parents and website visitors, why we collect them, and how we keep them safe. By using this website or joining a course, you agree to this policy.

1. Details we collect

When you fill an enquiry form (free demo class, career counselling or syllabus download), we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your mobile number
  • The course you are interested in (if you choose one)

We also save the date, time and internet (IP) address of the enquiry. We use the IP address only to stop spam and misuse of the form.

When you take admission, we collect the details needed to run your course and issue your certificate. These include your name, contact numbers, address, parent or guardian details, educational qualification, photograph and fee records.

We do not collect bank, card or UPI details on this website.

2. How we use your details

  • To call you or message you on WhatsApp about the demo class, counselling or course you asked about
  • To manage admission, batches, attendance, fees and exams
  • To prepare and verify your certificate
  • To help with placement and freelance work, if you ask for it
  • To tell you about new courses, batches or offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.

3. Calls and WhatsApp messages

When you submit an enquiry, you allow us to contact you on the mobile number you gave, by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp. If you do not want any more messages, reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or tell us on call, and we will stop.

4. Photos, videos and student work

We sometimes take photos or videos in class and at events, and we may show student projects as examples of our work. We share these on this website or on our Instagram page only with the student's permission (or a parent's permission for students under 18). If you want a photo, video, testimonial or project removed, contact us and we will remove it.

5. Placement support

For placement assistance, we may share your resume, portfolio and contact details with companies or studios that are hiring. We do this only after you agree to it.

6. Who we share details with

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. We share them only:

  • With our own staff and trainers, who need them to teach and support you
  • With certification or exam partners, when your course certificate needs it
  • With companies for placement, after you agree (see section 5)
  • When the law, a court or a government authority requires it

7. Cookies and website tools

This website uses one small cookie to keep the enquiry form secure. It does not track you on other websites.

Our "Visit us" map is shown by Google Maps, and the WhatsApp and Instagram buttons open those apps. When you use them, the privacy policies of Google, WhatsApp and Instagram apply.

8. How we keep your details safe

Enquiry details are stored on our secure web hosting server. Only authorised staff can see them, through a password-protected admin panel. Paper admission forms are kept at the institute. We take reasonable care to protect your details, but no website or system can be 100% secure.

9. How long we keep your details

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to follow up with you. We keep student records for as long as needed to issue and verify certificates and to meet legal and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time.

10. Students under 18

If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian should fill the enquiry form or admission form, or give permission for it. We may contact the parent or guardian about admission, fees and attendance.

11. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what details we have about you
  • Correct or update wrong details
  • Delete your details, unless we must keep them by law
  • Stop calls and messages about courses and offers
